Tan
Peng Chay aka PC Tan, a graduate of the University of
Malaya, was formerly Assistant Director of Department
of Inland Revenue in charge of the district tax office
of Kluang, Johor. Formerly, a tax manager of an international
accounting firm and a fellow of the Chartered Tax Institute
of Malaysia, PC Tan is the founder and executive director
of PC Tan Taxation Services Sdn Bhd. He is a licensed
tax agent under the Income Tax Act, 1967.
PC Tan's experience in real property gains tax and income
tax ranging from assessment of employment and business
income of individual, partnership to that of limited
companies, back duty investigation and field audit case
involving tax evasion and fraud ensure clients of a
complete taxation services.
